One of my tenants moved out last month and they had the place rented
in two weeks. I had this place with another management company before
Aqua and one of the apartments sat vacant for 4 months!! Angelo is really great and ALWAYS on top of
things. Look at their web site and you will see that they are very professional and get things done in a
timely manner. I needed some paperwork sent to me for a bank loan and they faxed it to me the same
day. I think you will be happy with them.

Hi there, I would just like to comment on your property management company. Over the past 5-6 months I
have been searching for property management companies to help me rent out my house in Cape Coral. I
email you and your team many times to ask numerous questions and always felt very listened to by your
company and finally signed with you more recently.
I worked with Beth Anderson as a leasing agent. I have to say when talking with you and Beth, both of you
said the property management company was about 3 weeks or so out to finding tenants, I was skeptical.
But by week four Beth had found tenants who you already managed in a condo who wanted to go to a
house environment. They signed the contract and started moving in last Friday for the lease to start
10/1/10. I was able to meet them on Saturday and I couldn't’t be more pleased with my new tenants. Not
only do they seem to be great tenants, but they are PERFECT for my house. Beth couldn't’t have found a
better match up for people who will care about my house and be able to make the house their own.

As a young renter, I have the odds stacked against me. People down here tend to look at us with disdain,
assume that we are a menace, and generally don't give respect to those who they haven't even really met.
And who's to say they aren't any better? Those people are the exact reasons why young people would
prefer to stay away from those types. Those people need to learn professionalism. I can say that AQUA is not
the company to do that. In fact, they are the opposite. AQUA changed that and they treated me like
Property Managers should. I have not been with them a full year yet, but I can say that the company works
hard for their customers. Prompt service and the DESIRE to be accommodating to compromise on issues -
shows a level of professionalism that many other management companies do not give. I can say that Cindy
has been instrumental in working with my roommate and I, and Angelo (the Property Manager) has been
working with me to ensure that all my maintenance needs are being fulfilled. I also scored quite a nice place.
I would say that I would recommend AQUA to further customers, but be open and honest about what you
really desire from a rental company. Being professional and being polite will result in a mutual relationship
that works for both parties.

fingertips. They document all maintenance work with digital photos. Investors out there looking for a great
firm, look no further. I've had 100% occupancy for the last 2 years. I would close on a home; Aqua would

managers that you can absolutely trust. Aqua Property Management has more than filled that role for us.
As first-time landlords we felt very tentative about finding tenants and maintaining our house without the
help of managers who would immediately let us know of any problems and who could attend to those
problems with the minimum of input from us. Aqua Management has found us excellent tenants and has
responded to all our maintenance issues without delay, much to the satisfaction of both our tenants and
