1.   There is a Non-Refundable $50.00 fee per person for processing an application.   We accept money orders,
cashier’s check, cash, personal checks and online payments. Your application will not be processed without this fee.
This fee allows us to obtain:

•        Eviction and criminal checks
•        Employment confirmations
•        Rental history verifications

2.   A rental application takes up to 48 hours to process. Please be
sure to completely fill out the application so that we can process it as
quickly as possible.

3.   Rental applications are available online or you can send us an
email with your address and we will mail or fax you an application.

4.   Please specify which property you are applying for. The application will be considered first for this property and
only considered for another property if one is available that you qualify for.


5.   All applicant(s) must be present and sign the rental agreement prior to occupancy. Keys will not be released
without all applicants signing the rental agreement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1.   Rental History: We require good rental history from your previous landlord(s). Your rental payment history must
demonstrate your ability to pay on time and to pay any and all outstanding fees when they become due.

2.   Employment/Income: Income from your job and/or other sources must be at least three-times the rent of the
property you are applying for.
